RTPR targets €4 million turnover

Dragos Radu, founding partner of RTPR, told Business Standard that active clients in real estate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) require diversified legal assistance. He added that many of RTPR’s clients have acquired land and are developing real estate projects.

RTPR assisted in the privatization of Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), which has been the largest transaction on the local market to date.

The company has also provided legal advice for the merger of cable companies UPC and Astral Cluj, and the takeover by Carrefour of supermarket chain Artima.

RTPR was established in 2005 by its four partners who left the local office of international law firm Linklaters.

Local law business was valuated last year at €100-120 mln.
