The largest project will be developed in the central Romanian city of Sibiu, with an investment worth €220 million, and will include a 38,000 square meter mall, in the first stage. Office space and some 600-800 apartments are to be developed in a second stage, the company’s Marketing Manager, Corina Rosu, told Business Standard.
This year, the company will also begin construction of a €50 mln office building in the town of Otopeni, north of Bucharest. Likewise, it is planning to renovate a building in central Bucharest, close to the Lido hotel, recently purchased by the Austrian company.
S+B Gruppe will invest some €20 mln in four Stop-Shop commercial centers in northern Romanian cities.
Once completed, all projects will be sold to Immoeast.
