HAT Group is owned by Milomor Ltd through Milomor Trading and Communication Ltd. The Israeli company is also present in Romania through MCS Communications, a network of 61 SAY brand stores, and has 24.5 percent of the Boom TV satellite television service of the DTH company. In January, Milomor’s CEO, Freddi Robinson, approved the sale of the 50.1 percent majority share package of Milomor Trade to Israeli businessman Amnon Sela, who has business in Romania, according to Globes.

As of February 2003, HAT Group is the official representative of the Samsung mobile telephone division in Romania, covering sales, distribution, post-sales, brand and product promotion operations.
