The company hopes to increase its turnover by an annual 86 percent next year, up to RON 62.5 mln (some €16.2 mln), but it is also considering a mere 10 percent year-on-year growth rate. The healthcare provider computed next year’s budget based on two average exchange rates: RON 4.5/€1 in the optimistic scenario, and RON 5/€1 in the pessimistic one.
Andronescu expects that salaries of Sanador employees will rise by one quarter in 2009. Thus, the gross average salary will amount to RON 3,500 (approximately €907.37). In the optimistic budget scenario, the number of employees will increase to 350 from the present 321, while the more conservative option means maintaining the current number of employees.
Sanador is operating on the private medical service market, valuated at €300-350 mln, up 30 percent year-on-year, and its main competitors are MedLife, Medicover, Unirea Medical Center (CMU), Medsana, and Hiperdia.
