Schroders Investment Management becomes Fondul Proprietatea financial advisor

Mercer and Independent Capital Management were among companies present in the final selection phase.

Fondul Proprietatea sent a conciliation invitation to the Ministry of Finances regarding amounts due to it for the privatization of Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR). The state says that the fund should receive 4 percent of the amount it received for the BCR privatization, while the fund claims it should receive 4 percent of the shares, the latter meaning €244 million, of which the state has already paid €88 mln.
