The company posted gross profit worth almost €27 million, some 47 percent higher year-on-year, said company representatives. Nuclearelectrica has a market share exceeding 15 percent and targets turnover worth €376 million in 2008.
Nuclearelectrica expects a government decision regarding the third and fourth reactors, a project estimated to be worth €2.2 billion. Six investors have expressed interest in the construction of these reactors. Cernavoda is ’s only nuclear power plant.
