Romcolor 2000 is controlled by Greek Plastika Kritis, which owns 78.9 percent of shares.
The General Manager of Romcolor 2000, Georgiana Pogoranu, said the company acquired several pieces of land near Bucharest to build a new factory.
The factory’s building will be demolished and the land is to be incorporated in the Sema Parc real estate project, which includes office buildings, commercial and residential space. The total constructed surface is 659,000 square meters, and the investment is worth over €750 mln.
