“We are waiting for the decision to be published in the Official Gazette in order to see what form of attack is available to us, as this action by the Ford company is prejudicial to us,” said Florian Buzatu, SIF Oltenia Administrator.
Buzatu added that SIF Oltenia had reached an understanding on the sale of its 22 percent share in Automobile Craiova to a consortium made up of several investment funds, for which it was expecting a payment of €25 million. The transaction is now on hold because of signs towards the end of the year that the crisis is worsening.
