In the case of a share capital increase, each stockholder will receive an extra share for every share he or she owns, according to a press release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). To this end, some 519 million new shares will be issued, at a nominal value of RON 0.1 (€0.02) per share.
Shareholders will also have to decide whether to maintain the current maximum stock ownership threshold at 1 percent per investor or increase this up to two percent.
