SIF shares on BSE remain in the green at closing bell, despite corrections on the market

Liquidity compressed to 22.43 million lei, from 24.29 million lei in the previous session.

The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE lowered 0.92 percent to 6,053.48 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies dropped 0.82 percent to 3,625.21.

The BET-FI index of the five financial companies known as SIF inched 0.27 percent to 32,646.86, while the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna declined 0.81 percent to 12,248.76.

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies fell 0.57 percent to 605.29 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market eased 0.60 percent to 829.35.

Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) were the most liquid this session and climbed 1.58 percent to 1.93 lei, while those of SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) idled at 1.65 lei.

Shares of Romania's top oil company Petrom (SNP) reduced 1.64 percent to 0.36 lei and those of fertilizer maker Azomures (AZO) boosted 6.95 percent to 0.4310 lei.
