SIFs lose 0.5%, while the market experiences slight rise at the start of Thursday's session

Investors traded shares worth €955,000 in the first half hour of yesterday’s Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) session, with a 0.23 percent increase in the overall stock market (the BET-C index), although BET-FI index shares of financial investment companies (SIFs) dropped by 0.5 percent.
The BET index, showing the evolution of the 10 companies with the highest liquidity, rose 0.28 percent, while the ROTX index, of trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange, rose 0.29 percent.
In spite of BET-FI's drop, two of the five SIFs listed on the stock exchange had the highest liquidity. SIF Moldova ranked first, with transactions worth €214,345, followed by SIF Banat-Crisana, with €168,228 in shares traded.
