Simcor revenues up 28 percent in H1

The company’s turnover rose some 34.4 percent, while expenses increased by some 30 percent.

Simcor posted €0.28 million in net earnings in H1, close to the €0.27 million in profit registered in the first half of 2007.

In Q1, revenues had increased 34 percent year-on-year.

By the end of 20008, the company foresees €11.4 million in turnover, 20 percent higher year-on-year and €1.6 million in gross profit, some three times higher year-on-year, following investments in production.

The company is part of Simcor group, which includes other six companies operating in the construction materials field.

The companies are controlled by another company on this segment, Macon Deva, following a €53 million deal. Macon is controlled by Polish PEF V investment fund.

Simcor’s main competitors are Celco, Elpreco and Prefabricate Vest Bucuresti.
