Sinterom Cluj posts €108,500 in losses in Q3 2007

Car parts and electronic components producer Sinterom Cluj-Napoca (SIRM) posted €108,500 (RON364,100) in losses in the third quarter of 2007, compared to Q3 2006. In the second quarter of last year, the company posted €112,432 in profits. Turnover in the third quarter amounted to €1,14 million, 31.6 percent less compared to Q2.
Sinterom Cluj-Napoca has a share capital of €4.38 million, divided in 6.42 mln shares worth RON2.50 (€0.67) each. Sinterom's main shareholders are Contractoare SA with 71.27 percent and Financial Investment Company (SIF) Oltenia, with 23.39 percent.
