Sistec SBSol to buy IT companies worth €3 mln

The funds will be obtained through bank loans, and Sistec SBSol is involved in ongoing negotiations with banks already working with the RTC group.

"We are interested in purchasing two or three small or medium-sized companies on the market," Sistec SBSol's President, Augustin Dragan, told Business Standard. He added that the company has not yet identified acquisition targets and that a decision will be made next year.

Sistec SBSol is interested in companies that have contracts with the public sector. Currently, Sistec SBSol's contracts with this sector amount to 10 percent of its business, but it plans to increase this ratio to at least 20 percent. "Public administration will begin generating large projects at some point. Worldwide, public administration is generating 50 percent of the IT business, both hardware and software," Dragan said.
