Sixth-largest bank undergoes a change of management

The bank, controlled by UniCredit group, will adopt a dual management system.  Market sources declared for Business Standard that Rasvan Radu, currently Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Tiriac Bank, will be appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while the current Chairman of the Board, Dan Pascariu, will become President of the Supervisory Council.
