Small companies pay as much as multinationals for lawyers and accountants

Managers and owners of several small and medium-sized companies have come to understand that valuable and well-paid employees bring more money into the company, so they raise the salaries for such employees to the level of multinationals.

Smaller companies offering high salaries are engaged mostly in services, such as recruiting, law and accounting. As for company positions, middle managers in both small and large companies are equal.
