Some 2% of Amonil shares were dealt on the Bucharest Stock Exchange for lei 2.05m

Almost 24.13 million Amonil shares were sold at 0.0850 lei per share, 12.37 percent below the reference price on Friday.

The Amonil shares generated total liquidity of 51.97 million lei over the past week, representing 16.56 percent of total deals on shares section of the BSE. Shareholder Euro Trading Chemicals reduced its participation.

At the end of February, Euro Trading Chemicals owned 28.15 percent of Amonil's share capital. Zalois Ltd. controlled 25 percent, Jovline Ltd. had 18.23 percent and Interagro had 8.19 percent.

The Amonil shares are traded on the second tier of the BSE under the AMO symbol. The fertilizer producer has 111.26 million lei share capital, divided into 1.11 billion shares with 0.10 lei face value.

The company's market value stands at 107.93 million lei (29.8 million euros) according to the 0.0970 lei quotation established on Friday.
