The company today launched its first real estate project in Bucharest, called Laguna Residence. The project will be constructed on a 53,500-square meter plot of land.
Some 120 million euros were spent so far on the acquisition of land, Prasa’s country manager Dorinel Cazacu said. The official said a residential project will start in 2008. This will result in 2,000 homes, following investments of 140 million euros.
GEA Prasa resulted after real estate groups GEA 21 and Grupo Prasa merged. Grupo Prasa entered the Romanian market in 2005.
