The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE rose 1.80 percent to 5,455.64 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies soared 1.51 percent to 3,120.53.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF lost 0.82 percent to 28,945.27, while the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna climbed 1.32 percent to 10,810.59.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies gained 0.56 percent to 532.63 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market jumped 2.39 percent to 741.34.
Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) maintained at 1.58 lei, while those of SIF Moldova (SIF2) idled at 1.38 lei.
On the banking sector, BRD SocGen (BRD) added 1.38 percent to 14.70 lei and Banca Transilvania (TLV) inched 0.93 percent to 2.16 lei.
Transelectrica (TEL) boosted 7.56 percent to 18.50 lei, while Transgaz Medias hiked 5.58 percent to 229.10 lei.
