“I trust that after our brief remarks this afternoon, you’ll understand why, as the U.S. Ambassador and the founder and former CEO of what is now a Fortune 500 company, I would urge you to carefully consider Romania as your next market, if you are not there already,” Taubman said, quoted by a press release of the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.
Taubman was CEO of Mozart Investments, based in Roanoke, Virginia, and is a member in the Board of Directors of Advance Auto Parts, which posted $3.8 billion in turnover in 2006.
He was joined by Romanian Ambassador to Washington, Adrian Vierita, in his U.S. tour to promote Romania. (NewsIn)
