“My most valuable company is Tender SA. If I were to place it on the stock exchange I think I would get about one billion euro. Tender SA is a majority shareholder of all my companies, namely through various branches, but I am at the head of each,” said Tender. He added that the company will be listed on a foreign stock exchange or on that in Bucharest. “The Romanian bourse does not have sufficient power or liquidity,” considers Ovidiu Tender.

Tender wants to finance new businesses and raise the value of all his companies, and plans to list 40-45 percent of Tender SA. His goal is to turn Tender SA into one of the first Romanian multinationals, and the company is already involved in an aggressive regional acquisition campaign, having recently acquired the shares of some nine commercial companies in Serbia with various activity objectives.
