Teraplast IPO to begin

According to the IPO intermediary, the final price will be determined based on the level of subscription, of at least three times. In the event that the offer is not subscribed at least three times, the final price will be set at the lowest listing price (RON 1).

All subscriptions during the offer period at a price higher or equal to the issue price will be considered as accepted at issue price. The company’s public offer, through which it is making available 20 percent of its share capital, will close on 17 April, and it hopes to raise €13-19 million.
