“It is a business area which has not been exploited. We all have both a chronological and biological age. We analyze biomarkers, and evaluate the aging process in real terms. The result of the evaluation usually constitutes an alarm signal for many, determining them to act,” said Stanescu, Manager and founder of Sansage.
The extensive anti-aging service package, which can amount to €15,000-50,000, can cut 10 years of one’s life, after threes-six months of treatment.
“We have studied the market and there are no similar clinics in Europe,” said Stanescu. The client target is made up mainly of women with incomes above €2,000.
The private medical service market, valuated at €300-350 million, which grew by an estimated 30 percent in 2008, is likewise beginning to develop on niche segments. Major players consider that niche segments are most attractive for private investments, ensuring high profitability rates for relatively small investments.
