Over 60 percent of the companies on the local market increase their revenues by developing their sales team, 71 percent focus of lower prices, almost 90 percent count on expansion on new segments, 60 percent on boosting marketing activities, and 20 percent on takeovers.
“It is very good that all companies are reacting in one way or another,” said Bogdan Comanescu, Accelera Manager.
The fact that most companies focus on sales is reflected in the number of available jobs on the market, said recruiting specialists. According to them, about 25 percent of jobs available on the job market are in sales.
The Accelera study further indicates that 68.5 percent of the companies hope this crisis will end, while 31 percent of the interviewed managers said that the current economic downturn will last for more than two years.
