“Romanian managers are good when it comes to organizing and drawing up the responsibilities of others, but leave much to be desired in terms of their capacity to inspire employees, by not offering them the “big picture” which would help them see what they have to win,” said Meintassis. Another weakness of Romanian managers is that they do not stimulate the working team sufficiently, something that could raise productivity and solve the personnel crisis. Meintassis added that the fluctuation of personnel on the local market is also very high due to managerial inefficiency found in Romanian companies.
