Thirty percent of top management promotions go to women

“Women are appreciated more in the services field and less in industry,” according to Perspective Group’s Managing Partner, Alina Botezatu. Most top women managers work in public relations, human resources, marketing, architecture, design, finance, and marketing research.

Botezatu said the salary level is similar for both men and women top managers, as wages are decided based on competence and results.

In the case of promotions to top and middle manager positions, salary increases vary from 25-100 percent, depending on the new position and the sector in which the company is operating.
