Allen & Overy is the third Magic Circle member to come to Romania, after Linklaters in 2001, and Clifford Chance in 2006.
“We cooperated with RTPR before establishing this association. There is a definite need by our clients that Allen & Overy open an office in Bucharest,” said Regional Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe, Jane Townsend.
