Top 10 new luxury villas are worth €20 mln

Location is the key feature of property value. Northern Bucharest is the most sought after location by both developers and clients, especially on the luxury segment, according to Regatta representatives.

The most expensive villa, worth some €4.35 mln, is located close to Baneasa forest. It covers 1,200 square meters, and has a 4,000 sqm yard. It includes an indoor pool, bar, sauna, fitness area or cinema, and tennis courts, the study shows. Another Baneasa villa ranks second, with a €3.2 mln price tag, while the third most expensive villa is located in the Snagov residential area, some 30 km outside Bucharest, and is worth some €3 million.
