Eurisko, the most important independent consultant, changed shareholders in February. CB Richard Ellis, world leader in real estate advisory services, bought 35 percent of Eurisko for €35 million. Also, the real estate division of BNP Paribas came onto the Romanian market in 2008.
Morgan Stanley acquired shares in Adama Holding in March, with a €100 million infusion in share capital. In May, the real estate division of Deutsche Bank bought three real estate projects in northern Bucharest for €340 million.
In July, the Romcolor factory was acquired by Sema Parc for €2.6 mln, while Greek Raptis Kavouras bought more than half of the French Village, both in Bucharest.
