Toyota, Audi and Peugeot projects to drive Faurecia turnover to €48 mln

“Last year, turnover was affected by the difficult economic conditions on the international market and by the unfavorable exchange rate of the national currency to the euro. Turnover for 2008 will be influenced by the rise in the price of oil,” said the company’s General Manager, Mircea Bucur.

Bucur said Faurecia’s main problem is a lack of personnel, in spite of attractive wages. Many competitors offer the same working conditions, so work force migration is high, added Bucur.

The General Manager indicated that Faurecia could supply products for Ford . The company’s entire production is destined for three constructors: Toyota, Audi and Peugeot.
