Transgaz investors make BVB history

The value of Transgaz subscriptions make up some 30 percent of total transactions carried out by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in the first 11 months of 2007.  “According to data we have at this time, we can say that there were over 10,000 subscriptions, with most part of the minor investor share.  A third of subscriptions were sent by bank transfer, while the rest came through custodian banks. This means there is a good chance that a portion of the money will return to the stock exchange,” according to Laurentiu Ciocarlan, Director of the Raiffeisen Capital&Investments Debt and Equity Origination Department.
