The agency topped €1 million in H1, and by year’s end its income will exceed €1.8 million, Trend Communication Managing Director Rares Bogdan told Business Standard. Rares Bogdan is also a shareholder of the “Ziua de Cluj” daily, and an active real estate and capital market investor.
Trend Communication’s estimates profit to be 15-20 percent of turnover. The company has experienced interesting growth, according to Rares Bogdan, starting with three associates, a secretary, and €60,000 earnings in the first year, reaching 31 employees and a 30-fold increase in income five years later .
Trend Communication developed in the Ardeal region, where the advertising market is lead by Vitrina Advertising. Services offered by the company and an increasingly important client base was responsible for the growth, says Bogdan.
Last month, Cluj-Napoca’s City Hall became one of Trend Communication’s clients. “Twelve companies participated in the tender, and we won against a local firm,” explained Bogdan. The company will handle the institution’s communications for a period of one year.
