TriGranit also announced it will take over the management of Armonia Arad mall from Immoeast. The Austrian company paid €87 million for Euromall Pitesti, €78 mln for 75 percent of Armonia Arad, and €60 mln for Euromall Galati. The most important transaction in 2007 was the Polus Center mall, for which Immoeast paid €210 mln. The company likewise took over Polus Center Constanta for €185 mln, and Gold Plaza mall in Baia Mare for €97 mln.
