Immoeast recently announced that TriGranit will administer the commercial centers in Pitesti, Galati and Arad. “We want to extend the property management partnership with TriGranit for all commercial centers we own in Romania,” said Immoeast Chief Investment Officer, Edgar Rosenmayr.
To date, Immoeast has invested €2.8 billion in the local real estate market.
