The company's shares have been traded since March 2007 in the BVB second category. Turism Felix was previously listed on the Rasdaq electronic market.
"The increasing visibility of our company among investors and its ability to implement strategies to which it had committed through the issuing prospect and business plan, are an argument for the company's listing alongside Romania's largest companies," according to Turism Felix General Manager, Florin Serac.
He added that the company complies with the criteria for listing on BVB's first category, such as a capital exceeding €8 million in the last financial year, liquidity of shares, at least 2,000 shareholders, and a business plan for the coming two years. (NewsIn)
