Two thirds of Contor Group IPO subscribed two days prior to closing

Financial investment company SIF Banat-Crisana, one of the existing share holders of Contor Group, with an initial 2 percent, subscribed shares worth RON 1 million (€0.27 mln).

According to market sources, two more SIFs, Moldova and Muntenia, have decided to subscribe to the Contor Group offer.

Investors in the Contor Group IPO have submitted orders for 22.42 million shares, while the company offered some 31 million shares, representing 20 percent of the share capital.
