Two Timisoara City Hall bond issues to be traded on BVB

Timisoara City Hall issued 600,000 bonds in two tranches last July and December, worth a cumulated RON 60 mln, with symbols TIM26A and TIM26B.

The 300,000 municipal bonds, issued in two tranches, have a 19-year maturity, and the RON 100 principal will be reimbursed in 76 quarterly tranches. Interest is variable, calculated on average 3-month interbank interest in lei, to which is added a bonus of 0.1 percent, and payment of which is quarterly.

The third tranche of Timisoara City Hall bonds (TIM26B) was issued for some 19 years, and has the same characteristics as the previous one. (NewsIn)
