Estimates are based on increased summer demand for JNSD products (juice, nectar and still drinks). However, annual growth has been constant for still drinks throughout the year, according to data provided by market studies company AC Nielsen.

Tymbark products are sold both on the traditional retail market and in international store chains. Sales in hotels, restaurants and cafés (HoReCa) is a segment the company is currently developing.

Tymbark Maspex Romania has a significant market share for JNSD. By the end of 2006, Tymbark was market leader on the nectar market, with a 33 percent share, while its juice market share amounted to 15 percent.

The Romania non-carbonated drinks market totaled some 200 million liters in 2006, according to AC Nielsen.

Tymbark's main competitors are Parmalat, QAB, European Drinks, Coca Cola HBC.

Tymbark Maspex Romania is part of the Polish Maspex Wadowice Polonia group, which exports soft drinks to more than 50 countries. Its Romanian subsidiary was founded in 1996 and currently employs over 600 people.
