Mann has already invested €500 million in a real estate project in the central Romanian city of Brasov. “Financing will come from Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank loans and U.S. investment funds,” said Mann.
The company has begun negotiations with a series of international chains for the affiliation of its Bucharest hotel.
