Ursus gained the leading position due to an increase in its Timisoara-based production capacities (to approximately 2 million hectoliters annually) and Buzau (to 1.8 million hl), following which the company can produce an annual 7 million hl at the local level.
Ursus officials said that registering better results than the “general performance of the market” is due to strengthening own brands, ensuring an optimal distribution of the portfolio, and wise financial management.
