The network, with locations mainly in northeastern Romania, sells the services of mobile operators Vodafone, Orange and Cosmote, under a variety of brands.
The deal was approved by the Competition Council.
Vegastel 2007 will become exclusive dealer of Vodafone products and services, following a rebranding process.
