Gabriel Cristian Sandu, owner of Proton Tehnologies and minority shareholder with the remaining 34 percent of shares, will remain in the company as Executive Manager.
Proton Tehnologies SRL will become exclusive distributor for Vodafone products and services, following a rebranding process. The distribution network includes 73 stores, most in Suceava, Iasi, Brasov, Constanta and Cluj counties and in Bucharest.
The company will keep its 200 employees who contributed to make this a successful enterprise.
