The company has a contract with ’s largest bank, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), and delivers business process outsourcing services. Walter Services has over 110 employees and plans to raise this to 210 employees by the end of the year.
“We plan to hire people over 40, to avoid personnel fluctuation,” said General Manager of Walter Services Romania, Nicoleta Ghiris. New entry level salaries will be €250-€300.
