Wimmer: BCR will list on the stock exchange, but this is not the right time

"The manner for listing BCR on the Bucharest Stock Exchange has not yet been decided. This will depend on the market environment at the time of listing. We will increase capital only if BCR needs require this, not necessarily in order to list on the exchange,” said BCR’s former CEO. He added that BCR’s solvency rate is 11 percent, “but this does not mean we require a rise in capital very soon.”
