Wiz Corporation and Media City Real Estate allocate €4 mln for a residential complex

Wiz Corporation and Media City Real Estate will invest €4 million in the construction of a housing complex in northwestern Bucharest, according to a statement on Thursday for NewsIn by Irina Grosu, Communications Manager for Media City Real Estate.

The housing complex, named Optimus Residence, with 50 one, two and three bedroom apartments, will cover 2,000 square meters, of which 550 sqm of commercial space. Apartments surfaces will range from 41-115 sqm.

“In the near future the area will develop both in the direction of Mogosoaia-Chitila, where an impressive number of urban plans have already been approved, and towards Sisesti-Ionescu de la Brad, where the infrastructure has been completed and a subway line will be built to connect Henri Coanda Airport to Gara de Nord,” according to Media City’s General Manager, Andrei Sandu.
