The mobile operator is to provide 3G services in a total 19 cities by June 2008. Two years ago, Zapp won a tender to develop a 2100 Mhz frequency and was compelled to finish works for 19 cities by next month. The entire network must be completed by the end of 2011, according to the license terms. 

The company plans to officially launch the 3G services this fall.
