“Last year, we launched a service through which we share the candidate’s performance risk with the client company. After placing candidates, we coach them for six months for their integration in the organization. The final fee installment will be paid after the six months and only if the placed candidate performs according to objectives,” said AIMS Romania’s General Manager, Mihaela Perianu.
The company registered some €6.5 million in turnover in 2008, up 23 percent year-on-year, while net profit estimated for 2008 is of some €470,000.
“It is difficult to say how profit margins in the industry will evolve by the end of this year. I would not venture to make estimates for 2009, as data can change on a daily basis in this period,” Perianu said.
The company’s main competitors on the local market are Adecco Romania, Manpower, Lugera&Makler, Professional, and Alexander Hughes.
