Romania has become an attractive market due to strong economic growth and its accession to the European Union. Leasing companies have made significant earnings, due to the development of the auto, agriculture, construction and public works segments, where demand for professional equipment increased continuously, according to a BNP Paribas Leasing Group press release.

The new subsidiary will allow the lender to provide full support to its industrial partners in Romania, the company’s Head of International Development, Philippe Lambert, said.
