Some brokers say BVB should list state shares and promote its instruments to investors. “People still do not know what advantages there are on a stock exchange. Moreover, I think BVB should continue to reduce fees,” said the President of Intercapital Invest brokerage house, Razvan Pasol.
The General Manager of Vienna Investment Trust, Adrian Simionescu, says the market requires more communication. The stock exchange has had a more active presence lately. Other brokers say the problem does not lie with BVB, but with the brokers. “Brokers should chase investors, to bring companies onto the market,” added Laurentiu Floioru, Transactions Manager of EFG Eurobank Securities.
