BT: €14.8 million worth of loans for clients in medical sector

Banca Transilvania (BT), one of the top 5 lenders in the local banking system, granted more than 400 loans to clients in medical sector, totaling €14.8 million, four months after the new credit for doctors was launched, the bank announced on Wednesday.

BT's General Manager, Robert C. Rekkers, said the bank has offices specialized in services for the medical sector and is operating in some of the most important medical centers in Romania, such as the cities of Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Targu Mures and Oradea.

Through this project, backed by the Doctors College of Romania, the bank encourages doctors to accomplish their plans for professional development, a bank's press release writes.
